Topshop peplum black and navy striped dress

Adorable navy and back striped peplum dress by topshop. 94% polyester/6% elastane blend. Very comfortable. Only worn it a few times because the shoulder straps are too long for me. Has adorable pleating and the peplum is a great look! Very cute with black pumps (see Paris Hilton pumps I've listed!) or pumps embellished with gold. Also great with gold jewelry. In great condition, like new.
