Topshop straight leg dress pants black

Beautiful pants but are too tight around my hips. **NOTE: These pants have been hemmed to a shorter length. Please note that the left leg hem stitching came a little loose so I fixed with some hemming tape. This does not effect the pants in anyway. They are beautiful pants and wish they fit me but the few times I wore them, they were just too tight. High Rise zipper and hook, button closure two front pockets seams on back leg belt loops V detailing on waistband at the spine measurements: waist 13.5" rise 11" inseam 25"
