Topshop velvet floral dress

Classic and so soft. Has a little ruffle detail on the neckline and ties on the cuffs. No zipper, just material with some stretch that you pull on over head. Great for work with tights and booties. Excellent condition. I typically wear a size 4 and this fits perfectly. Comes from a smoke-free & pet-fee home.
