Very flexible sizing, fits me well as a size 14. Smocked waist is incredible comfortable and flattering, you won’t realize it’s there. Built-in half slip shown in video Bought from Nordstrom and wore once to a wedding so it’s in extremely good condition besides a few wrinkles* I still love it so won’t be bass if it doesn’t sell but have my eye on another dress I need to fund *This has been tucked away in a garment bag so there are some deep set wrinkles I couldn’t quite get out with a steamer. Probably needs another wash to do the trick. This dress is machine washable!!! Measurements taken flat: Pit to pit: 21” Hips (taken at bottom smocking): 24.5” Bicep: 7.5” Length: 53”
