Tori Burch Oxfords

I bought these like new boots on a final sale. The retailer indicated they were a size 10 but they are not. The size is not listed in the shoe. I measured them and they are 8.5 inches from heal to toe so I am guessing they are a size 8 or 8.5. They are beautiful though.
