This is a vintage 70s Tori Richards Hononolulu pant suit with a high rise wide leg pant and hippie patterns and colors. The pattern is off white, black, and orange with blue hints and is ethnic and geometric. Has some yellowing and a small stain near collar (see images) but is in overall very good vintage condition.
