Tori Richard blue geometric shirt dress, fit and flare, size 4. Great condition, only worn twice! Cute cut with a shirt style top and a flared skirt. Comes with a removable waist tie in the same pattern as the dress. Only selling this because I have it in another color. Fabric is light, airy, and comfortable. A perfect mix of casual and polished! Waist = 28” Waist to bottom of skirt = 20” Bust measured 16” across, but I wear 34” normally and this dress is slightly roomy, so I think this would actually be great for someone with a petite frame with a slightly larger bust. Pictured - the arm holes are longer than average but still provide adequate coverage.
