Torrid 1 plaid ruffle black and blue shirt dress

Super cute dress from Torrid. Black and bright blue buffalo check / plaid shirt dress with waist tie, ruffle around the sleeves, and bottom. Hits around the knee. I’ve only worn it a few times despite owning it for a long time. It’s from back when Torrid was more like Hot Topic quality wise so the black is very slightly faded under the arms and there are some loose threads. I have it priced this way because Torrid doesn’t make stuff like this anymore.
