Compliments galore with this unique top by Torrid in size 4X. It is lightweight with a scoop neck and billowing short sleeves. On the back it has small buttons that do not unbutton. They give the top flair. I think it is 100% Polyester. Design has floral & elephants & other unique objects. Mostly blue. 29” side to side
