This is a limited edition Torrid Betsey Johnson Dress that has Rainbow Tulle layers, creating a soft illusion of a multicolored skirt. The layers are soft pink overlay with blue, yellow, and leapord layers underneath. Beautiful and has lots of stretch to the bodice of the dress with straps that can be used or removed for a strapless look. BRAND NEW Condition! I only wore the 22 size once to chaperone prom. 24 size has never been worn.
