Torrid × Betty Boop × Project runway collaboration skirt women's size 18! This skirt is so cute and fun! It is perfect to dress up and has such a full silhouette for a flattering look. It is white with kiss marks all on the bottom that say Betty boop in some of them! This skirt has a zip closure in the back and does have functional pockets. It is used but is in great condition! It has the tiniest red lipstick stain right by the zipper but it's so small it really just looks like part of the design! Great for pinup style girlies or anyone who loves Betty boop!
