This gorgeous dress by Torrid features a long-sleeved mesh bodice covered in delicate black velvet stars. The bodice is lined with a bandeau-style lining across the middle so that it’s sheer above and below the lining panel, but covers the gals. The back has a beautiful keyhole neckline, and a full zip with hook and eye closure. Skirt is fully lined. Torrid size 14; NWOT, never worn.
