Off-white top with black flower print, black scalloped design on end of flouncy sleeves, elastic cinched bottom, decorative tie in front, black lace detail on back, very cool and comfortable, pairs well with leggings or jeans and boots, dress it up or down! Only worn once or twice. Torrid size 1, equivalent to 1X regular size(see sizing chart attached).
