This dress was hard to photograph, so I apologize! It is black velvet,has a wrap front, and is lined with several layers of tulle for a fuller skirt look. I’m 5,4” and it hit just below my knee. I wore it to one event, but I don’t envision myself wearing it again. Let me know if you have any questions!
