Torrid Blue Floral Cut Out Dress 3

I love this dress. I love it so much I bought it a size up. Hoping the right size would come back and I could exchange it. But that never happened. I’ve considered tailoring it but I don’t know if that is even possible given the back cut out. So... This is an absolutely beautiful blueish purple floral print with an elasticized waist in the back. Beautiful cut out in the back to show off some but not too much skin ;). Cap sleeve. 100% rayon. Size 3. Brand new with tags (and an extra button)
