Torrid, Blue blouse with tie neck, Size 4x

Blue blouse with tie at neck, short flutter sleeves, lightweight but not sheer. Torrid Size 4x. I took the tags off but never worn. I prefer tunic length and this hits at about the hip. But very flattering on top. And out of stock at torrid.com so grab it now before it’s gone!
