shannahmarie77 does the inside tag say a "1"? the general flat waist measurement for a this skirt in size "1" is 18 in , which would be a 36 waist, that's why I'm asking.

thebronzemonkey @shannahmarie77 I posted the Torrid measurements from their website. However, I did measure the skirt flat and those were the measurements. It is a full elastic waist band—so it stretches beyond the flat measurement. I hope this helps. Thank You 🙏🏻

shannahmarie77 @thebronzemonkey what I'm trying to tell you as I have this skirt and another color and your measurements would make it larger than a "1". I know what their size chart says I'm just telling you what the identical skirt measures...
