Torrid Size 4 Waist: 24.5” Leg opening at bottom measured across: 17.5” Length from top of waist to bottom of shorts: 17.75” measured at side of shorts Chambray pull-on with tiny little slits on either leg. I believe welt back pockets and normal pockets in front. Very cute casual summer look and chambray goes with everything..
