This Torrid floral chiffon midi tank dress is beautiful. The skirt is flowy and feminine. The wtretch waistband is comfortable, while the keyhole cutout halter neck shows off your top. It has an adjustable back tie at the neck for a sift bow, and it is fully lined. It has never been worn, but it is without the tags. It is 100% polyester.
