Torrid Floral Formal Dress size 12

This stunning dress has only been worn a few times. It has a gorgeous blue floral design, adjustable straps, hanger straps, built in petty-coat underneath and zipper with belt. Dress is from Torrid in size 12. I paid $200 originally. Great for a wedding or any formal event. I’m pictured wearing the dress with a black cardigan-Cardigan not included.
