Torrid Floral/Polkadot Hi-low Skirt Sz 20 NWOT!!

Beautiful skirt that needs a Goddess to rock it! A black floral/mini polkadot print skirt features a hi-low design with belt loops on the waist - no belt included. An easy to care for item with a back zip and hook and eye closure. Would be perfect on vacation! The skirt can easily transition from summer to fall with knee high boots or even booties. I have way too many clothes and this doll sat in my closet unworn for far too long! The original tag has been removed but the item is brand new.
