Torrid Hi-Lo hem shirt

Torrid hi-lo hem shirt. Full elastic waist, flutter type shirt sleeves, v-neck with bands connected by an o-ring. Super cute shirt and very flowy. Can be dressed up with a pair of heels and slacks or dressed down with a pair of capris and sandals. This shirt is in excellent condition as I wasn't able to find any flaws. Size 4 (see measurements and size chart in pictures) Color I would call this a steel blue
