Torrid Insider Pencil Skirt w/ Faux Leather Fringe

Torrid Insider Collection stretchy, edgy pencil skirt with faux leather fringe. I wore this once to a wedding with sandal wedges and a Peplum Top that is also in my closet, bundle and save. These bottoms are a Torrid size 14, so I would say it could fit up to a 16 easily, especially since it is so stretchy. Love this skirt, it's a unique find, but too big for me now. Spread the love! A little fabric damage at waist line from hanger, but not noticeable if you wear a Top with it. EUC
