This Hi-Low dress is on the longer side but isn't a maxi dress - length from top to bottom (middle of the sweetheart bust) is 33" in the front and 44" in the back. The waist has stretch but this isn't a stretchy material! Waist stretches from 13" to 17" comfortably. 100% Rayon. There is a small fray in the front that's pictured.
