Torrid Off-Shoulder Rose Dress

Torrid Retro off shoulder mid length dress with beautiful pink and red roses. Vivid colors but not as bright as the picture is showing. Comfy thick neckline for nice fit. Really soft material. Pleat in front neckline and figure flattering. Torrid size 00 .. 12/14 is what I would say Armpit to waistline 5” Waistline 16” Armpit to hemline 29” Armpit to armpit 16.5”
