Torrid Polka Dot Tie front top

Cute top with gathered sleeves & a tie at the neckline. It's a reposh but I never ended up wearing it bc it was a little too small. It's marked a 3 but I think like many "classic" Torrid items it runs a bit small. I used to be between a 2 & a 3 and it was tight. I lost about 30 lbs. and I'm more of a true 2 now and it fits better, I just have nowhere to wear it since I work remotely. It does have a bit of stretch. It's been worn & loved but still has life left. Smoke free, cat friendly home.
