Torrid RARE 2007 black button up summer dress!

Super cute black button up dress from TORRID. Dress features star buttons up the front, V-neck and collar, super cute retro style pockets and comes right below the knee. Had belt loops but no belt. Very fun pinup look. This dress was purchased in 2007 or before. There are defects, please read. -Dress is missing 3 black star buttons. Easy to replace but I don’t have them. -Dress is missing belt Sold AS IS Size 12
