Velour? Velvet? I'm not sure but this mini dress is so cute! The overall feel of this dress is definitely smooth and somewhat cold so this is definitely layering piece if it's going to get worn within the next couple of months 😄 The full length of this dress is about 39inches and the sleeves are going to be 3/4 sleeves. it's in great condition because it wasn't worn very much.
