Torrid Size 4 (26W) Blue & White Gingham Wizard Of Oz Puff Sleeve Crop Top NWT

Torrid size 4 (26W) blue & white gingham crop top, new with tags. The top has a smocked back and puff sleeves. It has "there's no place like home" embroidered in red on the bottom left side. The fabric is poplin with lots of stretch. Torrid also had a skirt, but the pieces were sold separately. I'd bought this for an event this summer, but it was almost 100 outside and I lost my confidence and wore a tank top instead. I have cut the tags off, but I saved them with the blouse because I only ever tried it on. It's really adorable. I think it runs large.
