neenemoose @shellygirl68, these measure 18 1/2" and have a lot of stretch. I stretched to 21 1/2 using little pulling.

shellygirl68 @neenemoose that is so weird. I got these in a 20 and they are HUGE around my waist and have been looking for an 18 as I wear an 18 in other TORRID Jeans. So was looking for an 18 which I can’t find so I figured when I seen these I would ask. I would love for you to hold these for me until I get paid early morning on the 3rd and can make you an offer. If not I totally understand
