Pretty sure these are NWOT, but possibly may have been worn once. I love these pants so I have gotten them in every size as I have been losing weight. If I'm not mistaken I think I took the tags off but when I went to wear them they were too big. Either way they are in excellent like new condition. They really are the most flattering pair of trousers because they hide and smooth your lumps and bumps. You can buy these from Torrid for $50+ or you can buy them from me for less than half.
