Torrid asymmetric, dark rose floral tiered ruffle skirt

this pretty skirt starts with an elastic waistband in the back that was stretch easily to 20 inches. It is a dark rose floral a burgundy on a black background. The front is 20 inches higher than the back at its lowest point. The skirt ends in a ruffle tier in excellent condition torrid says it’s a size 2, which is actually I think about an 18 or an XXL
