Torrid banded bottom crochet lace inset blouse

size 2, banded bottom, dark blue / turquoise color, left shoulder has a sheer lace crochet panel built in, 3/4 length sleeves, swoop neck line. the material is stretchy and chiffon feeling, so it is slinky and hangs without clinging. worn once to christmas party, excellent condition
