Torrid black and white damask a line dress with convertible straps and liner

Black and true white damask dress of dreams! Crisp cotton spandex fabric has minimal stretch. Flat bust measures 17.5” across. A line cut, zipper back with hook and eye closure, adjustable straps can be removed for strapless wear, top of dress features a silicone band for grip. Bust and skirt are lined in polyester, skirt lining has a band of black tulle along bottom edge for volume. Satin hang straps. Lovely seam details on bust panel, original black and white ribbon tie at waist. Dress was never worn, in new without tags condition.
