Torrid black peplum top w/ embroidery and tassels

This is in perfect condition. I bought it last year, but I've lost some weight and don't wear it. Torrid sizing in general seems too big for me... which is unfortunate, it's a nice top. It's really soft! Not too thin, but it'd be nice and breezy for spring or summer. Nothing wrong with it.
