This is a Super Soft knit by Torrid. It has a slight V-neck, ruching on the shoulders, flutter sleeves and a very slight Hi-Lo hem. Super cute and very soft. I would say this is in excellent used condition as it was only worn a few times. I found no visible flaws or blemishes. Size is a 4 in Torrid (see size chart in picture) Color is royal blue
