Torrid multi colored off the shoulder crinkle look dress NWT never worn size 5 I tried it on but didn’t like the off the shoulder look as much as I’d hoped. My loss, your gain!! The pattern makes it look like crinkle fabric but it’s not, it’s soft cotton with rope tie and pockets!!
