Torrid size 3 black off-shoulder dress; off shoulder straps with bell sleeves for peek-a-boo of shoulders. Empire waist; adjustable straps. Dress hits at about the knee. Only worn a few times. Light sheer material lined with black material. Pattern is diagonal stripes. Comfortable can dress up or down! Size 3 (22-24) good condition; only slight wear from wear of straps.
