Torrid smocked bell sleeve off the shoulder mini dress

Perfect for hot goth summer transitioning into spooky chic fall, would look great with over the knee boots. So gorgeous and flattering on pretty much any body. The smocking goes all the way around, front and back. It is pretty short so I definitely recommend shorts or leggings underneath so it would be better for someone who's petite if you want to wear it more as a dress than a tunic. 29inches from top of bust to hem. hasn't been worn all that much since it's one of the few dresses I own that doesn't have pockets
