This is a beautiful pure white blouse from Torrid. It is so so feminine! Has gorgeous embroidered flowers on the bib and at the top of the sleeve. It’s hard to see the white but it is amazing. Polyester/Rayon. Size 0 is like a large maybe xl. New with tags.
