What is the waist measurement? Is there any “give”?

@cindy_wilkerson waist is about 36". there's a little give, maybe 1/4 of an inch at the waist seam). I normally wore 16/18 dresses from other brands at the time and had no issues with this one. I did wear moderate hold shaper shorts under it.
