Please note this skirt is DAMAGED - see photos. Price reflects damage. It was worn once and laundered and the tulle melted in some places. If you're adventurous and/or handy with some scissors you could easily cut out the damaged parts, take off the top layer of tulle, shorten the skirt, etc. You could also repurpose the fabric entirely or just leave it as is - it's punk after all. It's too cute to end up in a landfill and I have a feeling there's someone out there who can breathe new life into this adorable garment!
