Tory Burch Chelsea Flats

Beautiful Tory Burch stitched Chelsea flats! I bought these to be an all-around wardrobe staple but they feel snug on my size 7 foot. My feet do tend to swell so that could be part of the problem but I do believe they may fit a 6.5 a bit better. I have not tried to stretch them or anything like that. They are beautiful and well made, worn once so they are like new. No box.
