Tory Burch Cotton Sweater with Hood Size XS

This unusual "hoodie" has interesting detail as can be seen in the photos. It measures 27.5" from shoulder to hem and 19" from pit to pit. To be completely transparent, two of the fringes on one sleeve are stained as can be seen in the last photo. However, they can be removed and sewn back easily so that the stains are hidden. The other side of the fringe is fine. The color is a creamy white. There are two attached ties that can keep the neckline closed. There is a shadow from my cell phone that looks like a stain but it is not!!!
