kennitha1 @lmjohnson Hello the item has still not moved from Alabama distribution center in 5 days unacceptable and I have reached out the best I can I don’t believe I will be receiving the item seem to be lose in transit so I will have to request a refund not sure what else to be do or if you have any other suggestions?

kennitha1 @lmjohnson also if you are calling 1-800-275-8777 they can’t help either of us you will have to go to the post office that you drop the item off to help those customers service is a waste of time I also requested a post office inquiry to see if they can located seems as though it never left your State
