Patent leather. Color: Open Blue. Sizing is fits small. I would say this shoe is for a size 5, as I am size 6 and these are too small/tight without the elastic back. Pre-owned and worn a small handful of times. Paid full price for these! I’ve already listed the lowest I’ll go. No low balls please.
