Adjustable flat straps 11" drop. Interior includes padded middle zip compartment for laptop, two open side compartments with zipper and four slip compartments. Measurements are 17" Wide at top and 14 " wide at bottom, 11" High, 6" base. Pics show mild wear at 2 bottom corners, can be cleaned up with polish. Inside is spotless.
