Tory Burch Navy Dress

Navy shift dress in size XS by Tory Burch. Comes with attached belt loops & belt, but belt can be removed Never worn! I’m 5’2 and this hits me right at the knees, but when belted it can be a bit shorter. Perfect length for work or professional setting.
