Tory Burch Navy Sequin mini-dress

This dress is navy, but very dark, almost black (I honestly thought it was black when I bought it). Solid sequins, none missing that I can see. Short zipper in back. 17” from arm put to armpit, laid flat. 15” across the waist, laid flat. 36.5” from shoulder to hem 34” from neckline to hem 7.5” from shoulder seam to end of sleeve.
