@claytonwesterma all Tory Burch flats are pretty narrow on the toe box. The elastic band on the heel can be pretty tight after a long day as well.

@claytonwesterma yes I'd say so! But I am also on the upper side of a size 11 and wear size 11.5 sometimes, so that could be why the elastic felt tight on my heel after long days at work. I have really loved them!
